I have seen all of the episodes that have currently come out for legal streaming on Crunchyroll, and was so impressed that I decided to pick up the manga, even though my Japanese reading skills are poor. Thank goodness I have a textbook, furigana and a friend who knows Japanese haha! Besides that, the art is gorgeous, and I really hope this is licensed by an American manga company-because I will buy it! Or, maybe license the anime. I REALLY would love that!

My first manga book in Japanese language. Though I'm still trying to learn how to understand the language, buying something 'alien' to my eyes may just spark something good in the long run, for me, that is. I have the DVD collection of this series, so I just got curious how its art was done. Otherwise, I may not buy the next volume since I know the story already. )
I love this manga series! I have read it in English and have also been watching the anime version and it's incredible. If you like adventure and romance, then this is the type of manga for you. Every character is unique and different but they all seem to make you laugh at some point especially Hak. This manga is in Japanese and does contain kanji but no worries because there is hiragana right next to all the kanji so you should be able to read this fine. I would recommend this to anyone who has learned at least two years of Japanese. Even I don't understand everything but that is what dictionaries are for or you could ask any Japanese friend you might have.
